Welcome to ArkansasCarry.Com?s discussion forum, the central front of our internet community, geared toward education on and preservation of gun rights of Arkansans. Everyone is welcome and expected to maintain a code of conduct established in this post.
1. Multiple discussion groups have been created to give structure to the forum. Please post your material in their respective areas.
2. Be creative and accurate with your thread titles. This helps readers find specific content.
3. All profanity should be kept to a minimum. Vulgarity will not be tolerated here. If you wouldn?t say it in front of your mother don?t say it here.
4. While you may disagree strongly with another poster based upon their opinion, we will not tolerate any personal attacks or general bashing of groups of people based upon race, religion, sex, or choice of occupation (e.g., being a law enforcement officer). You are expected to be peaceable and respectful.
5. Be mindful that the people posting aren?t the only people reading. Know that your post and other contributions here will determine how others see ArkansasCarry.Com.
6. If you state a rule of law, it is incumbent upon you to try to cite, as best you can, to authority. Citing to authority, using links when available, is what makes OCDO so successful. An authority is a published source of law that can back your claim up - statute, ordinance, court case, newspaper article covering a legal issue, etc.
7. Links to spam/membership sites not related directly to firearms are not allowed under any circumstances!
8. Please crop and resize photos for posting, or use a URL.
9.We reserve the right to remove any posting for any reason, at our sole discretion.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
All advice posted on this board should be considered nothing more than hearsay. Even if a poster identifies themselves as an attorney, law enforcement official or expert in a given field, there is no way to verify that fact. Therefore, any and all advice you glean from this forum should be independently verified! |
